Achievements: 

- ⁠Australian University Games 2002 (UniSport Nationals) Silver (4x50m Freestyle Relay). 
- Top 10 placing at the World Aquatics Masters Swimming Championship Doha 2024, 200m Freestyle (7th), Relay (4th) and Gwangju 2019, 100m Breaststroke (10th).
- Multiple half Ironman finisher

- Member of the first South East Asian Team to swim across the English Channel.
